Studio apartment in the heart of Budapest, with parliament view is awaiting you. 100 meters from the River Danube, from where you will have an amazing landscape with the Chain Bridge ( which is exceptionally beautiful in the night ).
The apartment is on the 6th floor, quiet, clear, light. There are 4 lifts, in the building. Brand new IKEA furniture.
Towels and bedding are included.
The apartment is close to the Buda Castle Quarter, Margaret Island, down town, shopping center, restaurants, pubs. This is the oldest part of Budapest, a lots of monuments can be reached on foot ( such as the Fishermen's Bastion, Matthias Church, Buda Castle ).
The transportation is easily accessible, the metro ( M2, red line ) ) tram, bus stops are only 2 minutes by walk.
From Batthyany Square you can also take the suburban railway and visit the picturesque Szentendre or Gödöllő with its Sissy Castle.
Budapest is the City of Bath. You have to try and enjoy thems.
The apartmnet close to Gellért Bath, Király Bath, Rudas Bath, and Széchenyi Bath.

The host, Bertalan, is an absolute gentleman. Speaks very good English. Came to pick us up at the airport and also dropped us back.
We (me, wife and kid) absolutely loved this place (apartment and Budapest). The view from the flat may not be to everyone’s liking, but we didn’t book it for the view. You need to be there on the 20th Aug. to make use of the view. This is the one of the most important Hungarian National Holiday. You will not get a better place than this to view the fireworks from the comfort of your own home. You also get to try a lot of the local Hungarian food on this day.
Many of the daily amenities (post office, banks, restaurants etc.) are literally five minutes away. The apartment is very close to the metro (Batthyány tér), with easy links to go anywhere. Buses are also available to go to different parts of Budapest.
There is a Spar supermarket just as you come out of the metro station. You also get an awesome view of the Parliament as you walk on the embankment of the river Danube.
The apartment was just as advertised, clean and with the usual facilities (washing machine, utensils, and vacuum) all available. Free Wi-Fi is also available. TV is also available, but the channels are very few and the reception is not always that good, but we hardly watched TV. Towels and bed sheets are all provided.
Many of the sightseeing attractions are close within walking distance. Some of the best ones are the Chain Bridge, Fisherman’s Bastion, Margaret Island, Turkish baths and Four Seasons Hotel. You can also walk it to Saint Stephen's Basilica.
All is all, it was a wonderful trip made possible only by Bertalan. We look forward to visiting Budapest again one day and once again to stay at the same apartment if possible.
