Large Apartment in Heart of Paris (Tour d'Auvergne)

We had a great time in Paris with our 2 children, using bus and Metro visiting all Paris highlights! We stayed in this appartement at Tour dÁuvergne. Well located in the heart of Paris, nearby boulangerie, supermarket, restaurants, Montmartre and so on. Our first impression of the building was absolutly positive. A great entry, typically French yard with flowers, Top! You can choose to go be foot or by elevator up to the 3thrd floor. The appartment itself, we were less enthousiastic. Allthough it has a nice appartement regarding size and first impression. But wen looking closer actually it was quit dirty and decrepitted. Broken bed, terrible matrasses, stained couches, kitchen was very dirty, stained, mold around the sink, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery was still dirty from last vistors and so on. The bathroom was pretty okay but smelt like a sewer. We took an hour or so to clean as much as we felt needed and considered, what can you expect!? All and all we actually all slept quit good. But this was probably also from our extensive walks through Paris. Would we recommend you this appartment? Problably; Yes, from location and the nice area. And yes,... If the owners make more effort in cleaning and preparing the appartement for renters. Have fun when staying in Paris!

La verdad es que hemos estado muy bien en el apartamente y en París. Éramos dos adultos y tres niñas y el espacio ha sido adecuado, aunque se adapta mejor a 4 personas. Los propietarios han sido muy atentos, ya que tuvimos un problema con la llave, al dejárnosla un día dentro, y lo resolvieron rápida y amablemente. Aunque el sistema de la llave no nos parece el más óptimo (quizás esta apreciación sea debida a un cambio de cultura). La ducha tiene olor a tuberías, pero se resolvía cerrando la puerta. El barrio donde se encuentra localizado es estupendo, tranquilo y bien situado. En general hemos tenido una buena estancia¡

Estuvimos mejor que bien!! Nos encanto la zona y el apartamento con los complementos que necesitamos para nuestra estancia.

Sehr angenehme Wohnung, für 5 Personen gut geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. U-Bahn nicht weit entfernt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Gut eingerichtet, alles ausreichend vorhanden.

Tour d' Auvergne Nice apartment, well-furnished and good atmosphere, could be cleaner! For a second time we should not chose this apartment because the wifi connection is poor and it is very un clear how to use it. Center is accessible with the metro. We really enjoyed the neighborhood with the small shops and the brasseries.

Super buen departamento limpio comodo y muy bien ubicado, lo recomiendo para familias, bien equipado, patricia chile.

Great experience in Paris,good flat cloze to many famous places. In the kitchen there were everything for romantic dinners....with a 5 people family this is very important!!

Our stay at Tour d'Aubergne was very nice. We loved the apartment. We enjoyed "living" as the locals do. It was very easy to navigate the city on trains and subways. We would do it again.
