Quiet, Bright Florance Apartment

Heel prettig, maar eenvoudig verblijf op twee stations treinafstand van Florence. Zeer gastvrije Lucia met heel veel tips en goede zorgen. Zeker een accomodatie om te onthouden voor een volgende gelegenheid.

Lucia has been a very kind host. Everthing was perfect. I like the comfortable flat very much, everthing you need is there. All is new and very clean. Thank you Lucia!!!!

It's a very quiet and nice place. The apartment is clean, comfortable and we felt really at home from the first day. There is all you need for a pleasant stay even if you want to stay longer than a week. For those who love walking around, you will enjoy the surroundings. For those who doesn't want to walk, you really need a car to get to the nearest station or Firenze, or to get to Coop (department store). What about Lucia ? Lucia and her family welcomed us warmly. (She took us at the station the first day we arrived...under the rain !!! She gave us all the informations we need to have a great time in Italy etc.) Fantastic ! If you want to be in a quiet place near Florence, THIS IS THE PLACE !!!!! Lucia is a really hospitable host !

Accueil très chaleureux - Gite très agréable, calme. Les explications de Lucia sont très claires et utiles - Nous avons pu utiliser le train et être en 1mn à Florence - Appartement idéalement situé géographiquement pour aller se promener dans la Toscane - Lieu à recommander.

The place is well equipped and located in a small neighborhood. Thanks for Lucia's help that we don't have to spend much time on finding the place. She is very helpful since the first day of our arrival. The tourist centre from Florence doesn't provide many booklets and Lucia tries her best to provide all information she has. Would definately recommand this place!

Bardzo czyste i praktycznie urzadzone mieszkanie dla dwoch osob.Duza, fajna lazienka. Parking zaraz kolo wejscia.Lucia jest bardzo sympatyczna, mila i bardzo uczynna. Mieszkanie godne polecenia dla kogos, kto lubi spokoj i cisze.

Charmant petit pied-à- terre à la campagne. Situé non loin de la gare SNCF (1km), il permet de se rendre au centre de Florence en 10 minutes et éviter ainsi de chercher une place de parking (tous payants). Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour grâce à Lucia et à sa fille Lisa. Elles nous ont guidés dans nos choix de visite et sont de très bon conseil. Nous sommes repartis émerveilllés avec de belles images plein les yeux. Merci à elles. Location à recommander

Lucia did her homework very well! Everything was available, maps of Florence, timeschedules of the train etc. There is a large supermarket nearby. The railway station is in front of the supermarket. A ticket to Florence Centre is only €1,20. But most important, the room was very clean en Lucia is a really hospitable host!

Bell'appartamento da consigliare sicuramente! comodo e luminoso provvisto di tutte le necessità. Anche l'ambiente circostante è tranquillissimo e proprio alle porte di Firenze.

Lucia est une femme d'une grande gentillesse, qui se préoccupe du bien-être des personnes qu'elle accueille et avec lesquelles elle établie une relation de confiance.Nous avons eu quelques difficultés pour trouver l'appartement, étions à 2kms, elle n'a pas hésité à venir nous chercher. Nous avons passé 4 jours dans ce petit appartement agréable, propre, fonctionnel....heureusement qu'il avait la climatisation pour supporter la chaleur. L'appartement est bien situé entre Florence et le reste de la Toscane de plus, possibilité de prendre le bus et le train et pas cher. Lucia nous a bien expliqué et orienté pour les transports, les magasins..... Nous avons passé de bons moments paisibles dans ce lieu, car Lucia a su mettre tous les ingrédients pour que notre séjour se passe le mieux possible merci Lucia et aussi sa famille. Adresse à retenir ...il faut visiter les alentours de San Mauro a Signa il y a des bijoux à découvrir Rita
