Lovely nest for 2 with balcony in a trendy and charming neighborhood with several lively markets

Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana nel bel appartamento di Isabelle che e' stata un ospite molto gentile e disponibile. L appartamento e' molto comodo e bello vicino alla metro" ai negozi e con due mercati rionali molto caratteristici. Alla prossima!!!!

The appartment was great. Everything for a nice stay was available (towels, internet, comfortable bed, nice shower, cooking facility). The host was very nice and she gave us usefull tips: nearby supermarket, metrostation, businformation etc. We had a great time in Paris and we definitally recommend this appartment.

Everything was fine! The contact with Isabelle was very uncomplecated. Before we arrived Isabelle answered all our questions. The appartment was really lovely and the balcony was the best! The Metro was not far away and it takes only a few minutes to the centrum. The cemetery "Pere Lachaise" is only a few minutes by foot! We really enjoyed our stay in Paris. The appartment had all the features we needed.

We just had a very nice weekend in Paris, in this small but lovely apartment! Not in the least because we had frequent mailcontact with Isabelle, our host, in which she answered all our questions ;-)

Really good! Isabelle was really nice and easy to communicate with. The apartement was exactly what you expected and I was satisfied with everything. The balcony was a hugh plus!

Kleine freundliche Wohnung,sehr ruhig.Kleiner Balkon gegen Innenhof,zum sitzen und relaxen. Sehr gute Lage man ist schnell überall.Velo mieten mit Velib,unbedingt ausprobieren,es hat einen Veloständer direkt vor der Haustüre.Abonnement kann an der Säule gelöst werden,ist selbsterklärend.Kombiniert mit Metro sind die Velos eine Wunderbare Art Paris kennenzulernen.

We really enjoyed staying at the place! It was comfortable and nice and the host was really friendly.

We are a couple in our early sixties who aren't afraid of travelling in ways our parents would never have considered or dared. Our stay in Isabelle's cosy little flat in the 20. arrondissement was ideal for our needs. The flat has a fine bathroom and a little outdoors terrace where one can sit and relax , eat or take a coffee. There is also a functional kitchen niche with the necessary amenities. On arrival we were received by our host and given useful information about the flat and the local area. One could assume that the flat is rather far from the centre of Paris- However this would be a misconception. There are excellent metro and bus connections. Though we made use of the Vélib bicycle rental system for all our transport. Just outside the front door of the flat was a bicycle stand with available bikes. This is a fantastic arrangement and one should definitely read up on how it functions on the Vélib inter-net site. What could be better than bicycling through the charming and lively streets of Paris? Proximity to a Vélib station is a definitely a plus with regards to this little flat. As mentioned there are several local markets with an abundance of fruit, vegetables, fish, meats, cheeses...Very colourful and enticing. Actually I felt the desire to prolong our stay and prepare our own meals- so enticing was the assortment of produce. The flat is in a area where "normal" Parisiens live and one gets a impression of life in the city with its multi ethnic character and seemingly peaceful co-existence. There are several good restaurants, bistro and cafes in the immediate vicinity. So one can easily return to the flat and take a rest after seeing the sights and go out for dinner in the local area. We would both highly recommend renting the flat and we would also consider returning to rent the flat on our next visit to Paris. Irene and Lorne
