The condo is a two bed room unit that is fully furnished with a modern design. Both rooms have an AC, with the master having a balcony. The beds are large and can easily accommodate 2 people each. The unit has one bathroom with a rain pan shower! The kitchen is fully equipped on the other hand with a real stove -you can bake if you want ;) The dining area is spacious and comfy. Meanwhile, the living area has an LCD TV with a DVD player.
The whole compound has a resort feel as there are manicured lawns, clean pools, a fun clubhouse and more (sauna, function rooms, billiard room, gym, etc). It is very safe and wonderful for children (if you have them).
The subdivision is close to the international airport (20 minute drive), The Fort Global City (10 minute drive) or Makati area (20 minute drive).
