The apartment consists of 2 rooms, a larger open plan where the kitchen, dining room and lounge. In the other room there is a double bed 150 x 190 cm. and a closet. To the right of the bedroom is fully equipped bathroom.
Between the room and the lounge there is an arc of separation, but no door, as seen in the photos.
The building has a small old elevator for 2 persons with luggage.
The building is in the heart of Madrid, next to the Church of San Ginés, between Main Street and Arenal. Only 3 minutes walk from the Puerta del Sol, 1 minute from the Plaza Mayor and 10 minutes of Chueca. The check in and check out with a standard schedule, but can be changed depending on the availability of the apartment.
Check in / out between 23 hours and 8 hours has an extra charge of 20€.
