My first condition and the most important one is: please do not smoke in the apartment and please take care about my home like yours.
RATES
Tariffs are inclusive of all expenses such as gas, electricity, telephone, cleaning, except for monthly stays.
Minimum stay is 3 days.
No internet access- at the moment I can only offer you a " jumpdriver " for internet card ,for urgent contact.
Guest Parking
Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and charges are applicable.
Cancellation Policy
This policy defines how to handle cancellations
If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
I also ask my guests for a breakages deposit 150 euros when they arrive, to be returned on the day of departure, all well, immediately. In my experience it is rare for any damage to occur, and all the guests I have had so far have taken care to make sure that the apartment is well looked after and that everything is put back in place, but it is just an additional safeguard.
If the 'non-smoking' policy is not strictly adhered to, it will lead to a deduction of €75.00 from the deposit. This is because I consider it unfair to those guests who do not smoke, so I am strict with this policy. I advise that, if you are a smoker, you look elsewhere for an apartment with balcony or with a smoking relaxed policy.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival time is flexible. You will receive the key for my apartment upon your arrival .The apartment manual will tell you how things work and my telephone number will be there in case you need me.
Departure is flexible if only day of your departure is not a change over day. Otherwise is 11.00 -This is to allow time for the cleaning person to go in and leave the apartment ready for the next guest.
INSURANCE
Apartment is under full legal home insurance, however this insurance policy is not a replacement for your own multi-risk insurance policy in case of accident, loss, robbery or other. To protect yourself, please take out a travel insurance policy while abroad or ask for social security international card in your health center if you are from the EU.
CLEANING
The apartment will be thoroughly clean before you arrive. I will expect to find it reasonably tidy when you depart.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Apartment is only a 'sleeps max 2- 3 ' apartment. This is because I focus on quality and aim for my guests to have a nice and comfortable stay. I hope the above conditions sound reasonable to you.
