Die Unterkunft war ideal für meine Tochter und mich, besonders auch weil es ein eigenes kleines Bad mit Dusche gab. Zimmer war schön, aber leider nachts sehr laut: Unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen! Marta ist eine unaufdringliche und nette Gastgeberin. Einziger Kritikpunkt war ihre Küche., in der man sich das Frühstück zusammenstellte: abgenutztes Geschirr und leider etwas unordentlich.

Eine wunderschöne City-Wohnung! Lage gut direkt am Bahnhof Clot, sehr liebevolle Einrichtung, Super-Küche fürs Frühstück. Und nette Gastgeber. Was will man mehr?!

It is indeed a very nice room only a minute walk from the nearest metro station. The room is big enough for 3 and the bathroom has a good shower with plenty of warm water. The only downside is, as mentioned by another guest, the noise from the street. (especially in the weekends). Bring some earplugs and this shouldn't affect your enjoyment at all.

Le duplex est idéalement placé dans Barcelone pour un tarif raisonnable en plein été. La chambre est décorée avec goût. Néanmoins nous avons très déçu de notre séjour, l'appartement était en désordre et pas très propre. Nous étions seuls en l'absence de notre hôte et nous devions nous servir et nous débrouiller dans la cuisine pour le petit-déjeuner. La climatisation n'était pas performante et donc il fût difficile de dormir avec la chaleur estivale. Enfin la chambre donnait en face d'une boîte de nuit, donc les nuits de week-end c'est très bruyant.

The apartment is well located within the centre, tidy and very comfortable. A very recommended place to stay!

Apartament znajduje się bardzo blisko przystanku metra (na skróty przez plac zabaw nie ma nawet 200 metrów), więc przemieszczanie się po mieście jest bardzo proste. Jest w pełni wyposażony we wszystko, czego można potrzebować. W kuchni mikrofalówka, tostery, kuchenka, nawet ekspres do kawy. Sztućce, kubki, talerze, ręczniki, pościel i rewelacyjnie śmigające wi-fi. Jakieś pięć, maksymalnie dziesięć minut spacerem od dużego centrum handlowego, mieszczącego się przy Agbar Tower (budynek świecący w kolorach blaugrana). Przed blokiem znajdują się liczne markety i tanie bary, w których można dobrze zjeść. Jeśli ktoś lubi długie spacery to na pieszo można również dojść do Sagrady Familii, ale według mnie to bardzo daleko. My byliśmy w pięć osób, ale moim zdanie spokojnie zmieści się nawet siedem osób, jeśli jedna łazienka to dla nich nie jest problem. Jeśli będziecie potrzebowali jakiejś pomocy właścicielka z pewnością jej udzieli. Dojazd z lotniska również bardzo prosty. Zajmuje około godziny, z lekkim błądzeniem jakieś 1,5 godziny.
