The apartment is located in Porta al Prato area, just 10 minutes by foot from the train station of Firenze Santa Maria Novella. Close to the Leopolda, a place for exhibitions and cultural events, Parco delle Cascine, where you can enjoy long walks or hire a bicycle, and Teatro Comunale, head office of the great symphony orchestra of the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino. The apartment consists of a large studio fully renovated with kitchen and separate sleeping area. Living area with single sofa-bed and TV. Balcony with laundry area in part. On request we can add a camp bed for children from 0 to 4 years.

It’s equipped with: air conditioner, heating, kitchen with everything you need, fridge, gas oven and microwave, iron and ironing board, washing machine, TV, hair dryer, internet ADSL, bath towels and bed linen.

The district where the apartment is located is very animated: on the street you can buy fresh bread from the bakery, but also enjoy excellent baked lasagna to rotisserie, or if you prefer, there are Chinese restaurant, pizzeria, ice cream shop.... and then ... then there is Florence! Peacefully, on foot, you can quickly reach all the most beautiful places of this wonderful city: Piazza Santa Maria Novella, Piazza del Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio are just some of the beauties of this city. Also from here you can easily reach, with day excursions, and other equally beautiful places nearby such as Pisa, Lucca, Bologna, San Gimignano .... In short, the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday!
Thanks to its strategic location the apartment is easily reachable by train or by car without any problems because it is just outside the restricted traffic zone. In addition, there is a large underground pay parking near open day and night. Arriving by train, however, the apartment is easily reached from the train station Santa Maria Novella in a few minutes walk or take the tramway and get off at the first station (Porta al Prato-Leopolda), which is right in front of house.
