We offer a comfortable and modern furnished 50m ² studio for your vacation. The Non-smoking studio is fully furnished and can accommodate up to 4 people. The studio has an eat-in kitchen with dining table, which provides enough space for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a refrigerator and freezer. In the lounge there are two sofas (both with sleep function), a flat screen TV and a Playstation 2 with games and 4 controllers. You have free internet access via Wi-Fi and a telephone for use. In a separate sleeping area, there is a 1.80 m x 2.00 m large double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is newly furnished and equipped with a nice corner shower. All windows have electric shutters.
The district of Kalk is very centrally located and offers an ideal base for a stay in Cologne. The central location allows convenient transport links to the Cologne Exhibition Center and to all the sights in Cologne. A supermarket is just 5 minutes walk and a weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. KVB bus stop is just 1 minute away. Autobahn also just 1 min away, Cologne arcades and Laxess Arena are 3 stops away by bus. Worth a visit is the oldest producing brewery in Cologne, Gebr Sünner on Kalker Hauptstrasse. It offers an attractive beer garden, vaulted cellar with Kölsch specialties. On the Kalker Hauptstrasse you will find many cafes, restaurants and shopping.
