****Tennis Court Use Policy
Castle Beach owners and guests will be able to use the tennis court by appointment only.
Appointments have to be scheduled with the Security Front Desk.
Castle Beach owners and guests must leave their ID card with the Security Front Desk.
Security is the custodian of the key.
A security officer will open the gate lock and close the gate after each reservation.
No chair from the pool deck will be used on the Tennis Court to protect the surface.
User will provide his own ball and racquets.
Use is limited to one hour.
No glass bottles or containers are allowed.
Do not leave trash on the floor.
No pets allowed.
Tennis court will be open from sunrise to sunset.

Everything was great! On the beach and a good apartment.
We spent a wonderful 9 days’ vacation in Miami Beachin staying in the apartment of Juliana on Collins Av. in Miami Beach.
The apartment is in a nice apartment/hotel building with all necessary comfort including large reception, bar-restaurant, valet service, gym, outdoor swimming pool and other services.
The Casablanca building has a beach front with 25 m walking distance to the wonderful beeches.
The apartment is nice and clean, fully equipped with all necessities for a short vacation. The sea view is fantastic.
I highly recommend this apartment for everybody searching a good value/price budget apartment visiting Miami Beach.

I would definately recommend it to my friends and family. The rooms were clean. from the beds to the kitchens. I enjoyed both of the views.

Our 8-night stay in this condo was superb. We felt as home. The condo was very clean, free wifi, free parking 24h/24h. Breakfast, lunch and diner was served every day at the Casablanca hotel at very affordable prices. Very pleasant personnel. The most was the 2-min walk to the beach. Thank you very Juliana for this service. I will definitely be back.

This apartment is a very beautiful place with a loving atmosphere. We really liked to stay here, is is well equipped, quiet, near to lots of shops, bus connections to town are easy. Juliana was a helpful and friendly host, she organized everything we needed in short time. Big thanks from both of us!
We had thanks to the central location and good information about the city and surroundings of the apartment a successful stay in Rosario. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped, even with the PC. The unusual hot water supply was restored at our request immediately.
Wir hatten dank der zentralen Lage und der guten Information zur Stadt und Umgebung der Wohnung einen gelungenen Aufenthalt in Rosario. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, sogar mit PC. Die ausgefallene Warmwasserversorgung wurde auf unsere Anfrage hin sofort wiederhergestellt.
Accommodation is nice and clean. It is about a 10min taxi ride away from South Beach.
Pool area is nice and clean, plenty of sunbeds available.
Beach is very quiet, which is good when you don't want to be annoyed.
Would stay here again.
