Our 2 apartments have 80 sqm each and offer lots of space and are suitable for 1 to 5 persons. They are tastefully and completely furnished.
Each apartment has 2 sleeping rooms, 1 living room, kitchen, storage room, entrance hall, bathroom and separate toilet.
The 2 sleeping rooms have 2 double beds (2 mattresses), and a single bed.
One apartment has a small south/west balcony from which you have a nice view to the surrounding green and from where you can enjoy the midday and the setting sun.
The kitchens are fully equipped for self-supply (oven, microwave, cooker, fridge, coffee machine, dishes).
Each bathroom has a bathtub for bathing and showering and a washing machine.
Cable tv and internet access (WLAN) are available.
Towels and linen are included.
We are living in apartment 1 and will try to help you with any question.
Our neighborhood is called "Heidelberg Weststadt". You can reach the old town quickly by foot or public transport.
Many houses in the are are art nouveau and art déco style (like our house).
The villa is central located and in a calm area. In the close surrounding there are restaurants, cafés, bakers, super markets, pharmacy, doctors and a gas station.
Sights can be reached quickly by foot and public transport. The adjoining woodland can be reached in a view minutes.
The stop for local trains, trams and busses is close to our location.
We are only one stop away from Heidelberg main station and old town.
Parking permits can be booked optionally at 3 € per car and night. They can be paid on arrival.
We also have an attic with 50 sqm and space for 3 persons for rent.

Das Dachstudio für bis zu 3 Personen ist großzügig und komfortabel ausgestattet. Durch die schrägen Dachfenster ist die Wohnung nicht einsehbar, man kann bei warmem Wetter gut durchlüften und der Straßenlärm ist gering. Die Lage ist gut: In der Nähe einer S-Bahn-Station und 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Altsstadt. (Bio)-Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Tankstelle, Eisdiele und Restaurants/Cafés gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und zuverlässig, keinerlei Probleme. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
