The property comprises of -
Spacious L – shaped lounge with large arched window overlooking the River Tyne and bridges, covering the ground and first floor.
Lovely open plan kitchen/dining area with table seating 6. Well-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc.
We hope we've thought of everything you'll need in the kitchen to prepare a sandwich or a gourmet meal for 6, but if you'd rather get the caterers in we'll be happy to put you in touch with someone who'll provide you with just what you need.
Facilities in the apartment include 50" Freeview LCD TV in the lounge with DVD Player, lots of DVDS and books for your enjoyment along with an Ipod dock. There is also a flat screen Freeview TV in the master bedroom. Iron, ironing board and two hairdryers are also provided. High speed Wifi available.
The apartment has intercom security door access and two allocated parking spaces.
Ground floor double bedroom with ensuite shower room.
To the first floor you will find the mezzanine master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate power shower. Large walk in wardrobe and dressing area.
PLEASE NOTE: Our apartment has two bedrooms but we have a double sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate two extra guests - total 6 guests.
Luxury Egyptian cotton bedding and towels provided in both bedrooms.
Public transport including the Metro underground system are a short walk from the door. Bars and restaurants of the Quayside are a couple of minutes stroll. Newcastle city centre is just a 10-15 minute walk over the High Level Bridge.
Our apartment is strictly non-smoking.
House rulesA booking contract will be sent out prior to accepting your booking, and the booking will only be accepted following receipt of a signed copy of the contract.
The apartment is in a quiet residential block so we regret that we cannot accept all male or all female parties under the age of 25, and all male or all female parties over the age of 25 are only accepted with our prior agreement and the provision of the name, addresses and date of birth of all guests. We do not accept stag or hen parties no matter how well behaved you promise to be.
The apartment is only suitable for a maximum of six guests and under no circumstances shall any non residents be present in the apartment.
A security deposit of £250 is required upon payment of the balance, which will be returned to you following your departure in line with our terms and conditions.
Prices are negotiable for corporate guests, regular guests or longer term stays.
