We have a professional house keeping crew to keep our apartments super clean and up and running. We provide white sheets and towels of excellent quality like you would expect in a good hotel.
The neighborhood has become one of the most sought after places in Berlin. The district of Prenzlauer Berg offers a large variety of cultural highlights, cafes, restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. Everything you need form a bakery to a convenience store is a just couple step away. The subway stop Schönhauser Allee and the famous Mauer Park are located within a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
We will try to meet all your special requests like a baby bed free of charge and hope to be able to host you here in Berlin.
On 1.1.2014, the city of Berlin started charging a „City Tax“ for all private travellers in the amount of 5% of the net rent (total rent less all fees, cleaning and VAT). Business travellers and stays above 21 days are excluded.
net rent 150 Euro x 5% = 7,50 Euro

Very nice apartment. Easy to get access to by the information via E-mail. Clean and well equipped. Big up for being on the groundfloor.
Ben and Tania gave quick feedback on all my questions prior our stay at their apartment. Everything was exactly as described and the apartment was clean and tidy. The transfer service offered was an extra and realy good service. I highly recommend this apartment, the area (don't miss the wine bar close to the Apartment) and these hosts for all of you who want's to visit Berlin.
The apartment was okay and clean.
Location advised is correct however the apartment is not at the heart of the neirbourghood or even close. 10 minutes walk from Schönefeld station. For this reason, I consider the rent is very expensive.
Ben always provided quick responses however the information was confusing. He asked me to contact Tania 5-2 days before arrival. Tania never got back to me and I contacted with Ben. He mentioned a shuttle service from the airport offered by Tania. Tania never contacted. Ben also mentioned a key code (aparently very important detail), I am still wondering what was that key code for, apart from made us really confused about If we were at the right place, where "key codes" didn't exist, only the names of the bells. The name of our bell was supposed to be Hönicke but it was not there. Really confusing situation. Finally, a member of the cleaning crew (who was cleanning other apartments) saw us on the street and gave us the KEYS to acces the building where we finally could see the name of the bell "Hönicke".
Apart from the arrival we had an amazing time in Berlin. Absolutely in love with the city.
Great location, and the flat was very clean with everything you need for a short stay. Communication was fast and easy.
Sehr net und ruhig appartment. In a alternative neigbourhood with manny places for a good breakfast or dinner. Close to a park for a picknick.
Alles fabelhaft! Had a great stay and enjoyed a lot being in that lovely apt! Thanks
Really good place...totally recommendable
A great apartment, even nicer than on the pictures, on a good location, near the subway and a bakery.
We had a very good time and surely recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay in Berlin.
Spacious apartment - Great location close to main train station. Very calm. Good contact to obtain all necessary information.
A truly wonderful apartment. I cannot recommend this highly enough. So quiet and centrally located from the metro station. I loved coming back to the apartment each night. It was a perfect home from home. Modern and roomy and very well designed. I will only stay here again when I next come to Berlin. Thank you Ben and Tanja. Iqbal
