Fully furnished 2 bedroom executive apartment in Chatswood. Available short or long term. Open plan living/dining area that leads to large oversize balcony with outdoor setting and spectacular views from the sun rising above Sydney Heads in the East, across the City skyline and setting in the West beyond the Blue Mountains. Stylishly furnished and fully equipped with Flat Screen TV, DVD, reverse cycle air-conditioning, microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, iron and ironing board, linen and towels.
The main bedroom has built in robes and a large ensuite with separate bath and shower. The second bedroom consists of two single beds, build in robes and is serviced by a full size main bathroom with separate bath and shower. The apartment has an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.
This apartment is just 10 minutes from the business centres of North Sydney, Lane Cove and Ryde, 15 minutes from the City, Manly and Northern Beaches, and 40 minutes from the airport. Lane Cove National Park is just minutes away and the building is located in the very heart of Chatswood and an enormous number of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and other entertainment options are right on your doorstep. There is an outdoor pool, spa and sauna in the complex.

A perfect apartment with a perfect location.
It was magical beautiful! The Quartier 88 Dowlingstreet the 4th floor was fantastic.
The view over the botanical garden to the skyline and down to the Bridge and the Opera House. The location was great, walking in a few minutes in the Botanical Gardens, yet quiet. Also near some gems, like the Tilburyhotel the hidden rooftop garden. Finger wharf with the fine restaurants ..
Within walking distance also equal to the King Cross station on the Butler stairs.
We found the neighborhood to get to know ideal for a family to Sydney. We stayed 2 weeks there and no day was boring. Also the Museum of NSW, the Park at Government House, the garden at all! Wonderful !!! Through the park it was also the same walk in the Rocks, so middle of the action. The apartment itself clean, spacious, well equipped with washer and dryer, and the kitchen very well. The beds super, 2 lovely bedrooms, a very tasteful living-dining room, 2 bathrooms. Heart and tired tourists after the trip what you want more!

Der Blick über den botanischen Garten zur Skyline und bis hinunter zur Bridge und dem Opernhaus. Die Lage super, zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten im Botanischen Garten, trotzdem ruhig. Auch in der Nähe einige Perlen, wie das Tilburyhotel mit dem versteckten Dachgarten. Fingermans wharf mit den feinen Restaurants..
Zu Fuß auch gleich an der Bahnstation Kingscross über die Butlerstreppe.
Wir fanden das Quartier ideal für eine Familie um Sydney kennenzulernen. Wir waren 2 Wochen da und kein Tag war langweilig. Auch das Museum of NSW, der Park beim Governmentshouse, der Garten überhaupt! Wunderbar!!! Durch den Park war man aber auch gleich zu Fuß in the Rocks, also mitten im Trubel. Die Wohnung selbst gepflegt, geräumig, gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, auch die Küche sehr gut. Die Betten super, 2 schöne Schlafzimmer, ein sehr geschmackvolles Wohn-Eßzimmer, 2 Bäder. Herz und müder Urlauber nach dem Ausflug was willst Du mehr!

The location is very good. you can walk to most sightseeging points. But the appartment is very small ald old.
when we arrived the phone lay down on the floor amd the kitchen was dirty. the room is also very dark there is no possibilitiy for sunlight to come in. so you dont est at home because its really not nice. There is no possibilty for wireless. Also the owner wasn't really kind. we ask if you could check out a little bit later or if could
baggage somewere. they just wrote back: "no", like in alot other situation. for that the price is really to hight also the cleaningfee of AUD 130 is way to
much for that little room.

The apartment is in a good position, near the metro station, on bus routes, just a few minutes walk from Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, The Botanic Gardens and Central Station. Comfortable and well equipped though a bit dated. The weather was cold and the heating took a long time to warm the apartment up. The weather also meant we weren't able to take advantage of the large balcony. During our stay the hotel pool area was being refurbished but I'm sure it will be a great asset. There was nowhere to leave luggage after checking out, the hotel staff were friendly but we weren't treated as guests. There is a Thai restaurant on the ground floor which was very good.

Communication was fine but didn't confirm until the last minute that we could collect the key at the apartment. To be honest if you want to do this, which I would recommend, then sort it at time of booking as recommended. Although apartment is small you will not get a better location than this. Perfect for staying downtown and reasonably quiet and felt very safe. Overall very enjoyable stay and would stay again.
we were very satisfied with the accommodation that we occupied during our stay. spacious, clean and fontionnel it is located close to public transport which is very convenient. the only slight hitch was that we had booked for six and there were only four beds, missing a pair of sheets for the sofa bed.
nous avons été trés satisfait du logement que nous avons occupé durant notre séjour. spacieux, propre et fontionnel il est situé prés de transport en commun ce qui est trés pratique. le seul petit accroc, c'est que nous avions réservé pour six et il n'y avait que quatre couchages, il manquait une paire de draps pour le canapé lit.
Nice apartment , very clean and comfortable. The view is great . The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, but with many bars and restaurants close from the residence.
