Reviews of this property
This is very lovely place and i feel happy for renting this apartment and the owners are very positive and kind persons. many thanks to them and i recommend to rent this apartment.
Excellent small apartment in a convenient location - close to the center, 50 m from the metro station San Giovanni. Wonderful hosts. They provided a mobile WiFi router that I could carry around everywhere. The only drawback is a fairly noisy place.
Grazie Adele, Grazie Roma

To begin with Adele is a perfectly sweet lady who met me downstairs when I arrived and who stayed until I was perfectly settled in. The location of the apartment is excellent, on Via Appia Nuova, a bustling noisy Rome street during the day but very quiet once the shops close. There are a plenty of small bars and a couple of nice restaurants, and lots of shops. The apartment has a really nice balcony which caught the sunshine for a couple of hours when I stayed and I found it very relaxing to just sit and soak up some sunshine watching Via Appia Nuova going about its business (the apartment and balcony sit to the side of the building). The apartment was spacious for one person and brighter than appears from the photos - though the furnishings are dark. The bed is a little narrow even for one person but I slept comfortably. Via Appia Nuova is lively and typically Roman during the day, and also close to areas of interest such as St John Lateran Basilica just through the ancient Aurelian city walls. The Holy Staircase building and Holy Cross of Jerusalem Church are also nearby. I enjoyed walking as far as the historic centre past the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia, but there is a wealth of transport links: the metro is only a couple of hundred yards away, and there are bus and tram connections in St John Lateran square, so it is really easy to get places. If you are looking for somewhere absolutely quiet (very hard to find in Rome) this may not be for you.
