This small guest cottage has been filled with vintage charm. The front yard is separated from the main home. The private grassy backyard has a BBQ to dine outside, if you are coming with your pet it is perfect for play. The living room has a grreat desk that converts into a table to dine for 6 people if you want to host a dinner party. A queen size bed with ceiling fan in bedroom, and a full bath. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make and serve yummy meals, including juicer. There is a laundry room off the kitchen with iron board/iron. It is used solely for guest purposes, and is unencumbered by the owners personal items.
It is private with off street parking for two cars along side of house. A clicker will be received to get through back electric gate upon arrival. Perfect for a couple, young parents with a small child, or a stay over friend. Most people love the ease of our place and how close it is to walk to coffee shops, downtown, Mohawk Bend, The Echo, Elf, both a Hatha and Ashtanga yoga studio, Down Beat Cafe, Dodger Stadium, Echo Park, and much more the Eastside's hip restaurants/nightlife.
Walk 2 minutes to local metro transit line that can either take you straight to Santa Monica beach ( 40 min) or downtown's Union Station with its Amtrak connections and the new Fly Away Airport Bus are just 10 minute drive or bus ride.
Walk to the beautiful Silverlake reservoir (with running path and dog park) in less then 15 min.
10 minutes quaint Los Feliz,
14 minutes to the heart of Hollywood or in the other direction downtown.
15 minutes to the closest point to the Hollywood sign,
5 minutes to China Town,
20-30 minutes to West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Melrose, etc.
We have two bicycles avail at your request that can be used during the duration of your stay.
We are pet friendly animal lovers, and welcome them into this home, but must take a higher damage deposit due to damage incurred in the past. Please let us know size, weight, and breed of dog and we will do everything to accommodate you and your pooch.
You will be confirmed once you have completed the paperwork along with sending back your paperwork with a copy of a valid government ID or passport if traveling from another country.
We require a refundable security deposit Once AirBnB have authorized your info we will send you the check-in instructions, maps and driving directions.
Security deposit amount vary on length of stay.The security deposit is refunded to you within 7 days after your departure and after all cleaning and inspections have been completed.
It’s important that you list all persons that will be staying and their ages. We request a two night minimum weekly and a full weekend stay from Friday through Sunday.
Accepted forms of payment include cashiers checks, or bank wire. We accept Visa, MasterCard,debit cards and Paypal.American Express is taken through PayPal. Booking service charges do apply with PayPal and credit cards. There is a A City tax of 14%, which is considered a transient occupancy tax (another word for a hotel room tax), all guests staying less than 30 days must pay this fee upon or before check in. Airbnb has no facility to collect the tax at this time.
