City Centre Apartment + Balcony

We could not be better placed... We would definitely go back! :)

Perfect place in the centre of Berlin and few minutes walking for the Berlinale film festival. Large house, quite and with kind owners. We had beautiful days.

Het was een prima appartement, centraal gunstig gelegen in het hartje van de stad Berlijn. Parkeer garage in de buurt voor maar €4,50 per 24 uur. Alles was op loopafstand te bezichtigen wat wij wilden zien.Het is zeer goed te verblijven voor 4 personen. Alleen misten we een keuken handdoek.

Alles bestens - absolut unkompliziert und alles in der Wohnung was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Berlin braucht. Unseren Kids hat der kostenlose W-LAN Zugang gefallen. Die Lage ist wunderbar zentral. Gendarmenmarkt in 10 Minuten und Brandenburger Tor in knapp 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Diese Zentrale Lage macht dieses Angebot sehr attraktiv. Alles, wie Restaurants, Bäckerei usw. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man braucht kein Auto und kann dieses im Parkhaus Taubenstr. (Neben dem Gendarmenmarkt - knapp 10 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt) für 4,50 € für 24 Stunden abstellen. So preiswert kann man sonst nirgends parken. Wenn Berlin wieder auf dem Plan steht, ist diese Wohnung wieder unsere erste Wahl. Kleine Anmerkung sei erlaubt - die Fenster könnten einmal geputzt werden

Communication must be referred to in all as rather rude and patchy everything. An alleged message that I should report one week before arrival, I did not get, that's why I also did not, was repeatedly reprimanded. To come to an understanding with the local administrator on the arrival date, I was sent to a wrong phone number ... The apartment is sparsely furnished and fits to the overall charm of the house. A high chair would be a wise investment. The location of the property, however, is very good, even if let surveillance cameras in front of the entrance rather doubt the area.

Die Kommunikation muss alles in allem als eher unfreundlich und lückenhaft bezeichnet werden. Eine angebliche Mitteilung, ich solle mich eine Woche vor Anreise melden, habe ich nicht erhalten; dass ich es deshalb auch nicht tat, wurde wiederholt gerügt. Um mich mit dem Verwalter vor Ort über den Anreisezeitpunkt zu verständigen, wurde mir eine falsche Telefonnummer übermittelt ...
Die Wohnung ist karg eingerichtet und passt somit zum allgemeinen Charme des Hauses. Ein Kinderhochstuhl wäre eine sinnvolle Investition.
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hingegen sehr gut, auch wenn Überwachungskameras vor dem Hauseingang eher an der Gegend zweifeln lassen.

We enjoyed our stay in Berlin and near the accommodation of the various sites, monuments and subway is an asset that was well enjoyed. The apartment was nice, large enough for three or four people, clean and conforms to the description given on the website.

Very centrally located apartment, which is well furnished and with plenty of space for 4 people. One part of the description of the situation failed, as the agreement about free parking in the underground car park to the hotel opposite had been terminated.

Særdeles centralt beliggende lejlighed, der er velindrettet og med god plads til 4 personer. En enkelt del af beskrivelsen af forholdene glippede, idet aftalen omkring fri parkering i parkeringskælder til hotellet overfor var blevet opsagt.
