Montorgueil Beautiful Apartment

We stayed in Jean-Francois his appartment in Rue des Petits Carreaux. What a great appartment! Lots of space (for the two of us), clean, modern and quiet. The appartment is located in a lovely neighbourhood, a very cosy street with lots of shops, bistros, supermarket etc. Because the appartment is on the backside of the court, you'll hear no noise at all from the street. Metro station is just a few steps away, very handy.
Everything was well organised with the check-in and -out. If we're goin' to visit Paris the next time, we'll really consider to stay here once again!

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé pour les visites, très propre, bien équipé, calme et pourtant tout proche des commerces et du métro.
Nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain séjour à Paris.

Après notre séjour de 4 jours, ma famille et moi pouvons seulement faire un rapport positif sur l'appartement à Paris. Toutes les chambres étaient propres et gaies et l'appartement est grand et spacieux. Alors quant à 4 personnes on peut dire les chambres sont suffisantes. En plus, l'appartement est très central et il y a 2 stations de métro avec lesquels il est possible d'arriver aux monument célèbres. L'appartement a lieu près d'une rue qui est plein de boulangeries, de boucheries, de supermarchés et de restaurants qui ont des cartes variées. Alors on n'a pas de problèmes d'acheter quelque chose à manger et on est très mobile dans la cité. En résumé, ma famille et moi sont très heureux et contents avec notre choix de l'appartement. Nous choisirions encore et toujours cet appartement pour une autre visite à Paris.

Excellent apartment in pedestrian Montorgeuil quarter. Allover very satisfying.

Jean-François is a great host. I stayed for four nights with three friends in the apartment and enjoyed it a lot.
It’s practical that shower and toilet are separate. The couch in the living room is comfortable to sleep. The windows are not on the street side so it’s calm at any time.
The surrounding offers a lot of restaurants, cafes and a couple of supermarkets and bakeries.

El piso genial. Muy limpio, muy cómodo y con muchos armarios para ordenar nuestras cosas. El barrio nos ha gustado mucho porque es muy animado y está lleno de bares, restaurantes y tiendas. Hemos pasado una muy buena estancia. Y el anfitrión, Jean-François, ha sido muy amable.

Appartement rénové et superbement agencé. Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire mais tout est bien organisé et expliqué pour la clé, le code. Parfait!
Sur place, il y a le confort promis et même quelques provisions. Des pantoufles d'hôtel nous attendaient. Situé à l'arrière du bâtiment, il fait très calme malgré le quartier animé et proche de tout. Le parking nous a coûté très cher à Paris, nous reviendrons en train... et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, c'est sportif.
Bonne literie, superbe endroit à recommander.

Very good stay at Jean-François' appartment! The appartment was clean and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay:
the functional furnished rooms and tasteful decoration
(especially the graphic paint from Raoul Dufy),
the excellent location and good transport connection,
the absolute easy check-in/out ,
we didn´t miss anything;
perhaps we´ll come again next year.
