Everything was perfect, I have never seen people as kind and thoughtful as Steven and Seki.
From the very first time I contacted them, they were super helpful and when I had to make a minor change in the booking dates they were constantly in contact and helped me a lot.
They also worried for us helping us with cabs and directions, Though we couldn't meet them in person, their neighbours were there to give us their keys, and they also were really sweet every day we were therer.
About the house, everything was very, very clean. Warm rooms, wifi, tv, comfy beds... I have zero complains because I never thought I would find such beautiful house and beautiful owners.
I do recommend Steven and Seki's house, and I really hope we will be able to go again with them!

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen.
Der Kontakt zu Seki war vor und während unserer Tage in Birmingham ganz unkompliziert, für Fragen standen auch die direkten Nachbarn zur Verfügung.
Außerdem liegen im Haus Informationen zu Taxi, Lieferdiensten usw. aus.
Wir fühlten uns sicher und wohl.

We stayed here for 2 nights in September. The flat is on the 3rd floor (no lift). Lovely modern clean accommodation with a stunning view. Once booked contact from our hosts was brilliant and a few days before arrival we received detailed instructions on where to park and gain access to the flat. There is an assigned car parking space which is very close to the flat. As I said above the flat is modern, huge flat screen TV, nice fully equipped kitchen, good sized bedroom, bathroom which has a large shower. The mornings we were greeting by stunning sunrises which cascaded into the living room. A short drive or walk across the bridge and you arrive at Mermaid Quay with bars and restaurants at your disposal, however if you want a quiet night in there are lots of supermarkets very close by to gets some groceries in. We had a great stay thank you. I would definitely recommend.
