This unique peninsula is pedestrian friendly all at walking distance, and if you wish to venture off to different areas of the city public transportation is affordable and highly efficient. You will be close to the primary bus stop in all of Montevideo allowing you to explore the city with great ease and the city is launching a public bicycle system in our neighborhood only! We are also close to the Buque Bus, the ferry to Buenos Aires as well is parking. Taxis are highly affordable.

We have very competitive prices for weekly and monthly stays.
Guests have access to a common patio with tables and chairs, a private individual terrace with barbeque for each apartment, WiFi, and once a week cleaning. They have the option of extra cleaning or ironing for 9USD and hour.
There is a parking a block and a half away that grants us a special offer of 12USD per day for our guests.We have a business center, computer with printer and WiFi available in our office for 5USD and hour, each print 1USD.
We have a library of brochures magazines and books of the different sites to see in Montevideo, tourists maps and a welcome package that gives them endless options, form renting out bikes, minivans, bike tours, restaurants, shopping, etc.
We love this location for its architectural gems, its Urban pedestrian friendly peninsula that is surrounded by beautiful water views . It is in the heart of the Heritage Quarters of Montevideo, which is also the downtown area of Montevideo, so all administrative tasks and banks are walking district. At the same time the neighborhood Ciudad Vieja still conserves the community essence. Friendly neighbors, local fruit markets , hard to resist bakers , and your local butcher, along with art galleries , coffee shops, etc.
Yes, there is a huge array of public transportation for heritage Quarters of Montevideo is the downtown of Montevideo. One can also rent bicycles as well or enjoy Ciudad Vieja on foot. We are a block away from Buque Bus that comes and goes to Buenos Aires in three hours.

Our offices are on the ground floor of the apartment building , therefore we extend constant care to the needs of our guests and cover the needs to make their stay unique. We give our guests a phone number that they can reach us 24/7 in emergencies as well.
We have an alliance with a Airport transfer Company that charges 40USD for 2 people, and 72USD for groups of 3 -8 people, they are private cars or vans for each party, and they will await for you at the arrival gate of the Airport with either a Sign of our company Urban Heritage or your name. We will kindly ask you to pay the driver directly in USD, Uruguayan pesos or with a credit card ( 10% surcharge). In the event you would like us to book the service we would ask you to kindly forward your travel information.
We also have an alliance with a a rental car company, in the event you are looking for renting a car we can help you.
And we have an array of homemade jams, body creams, and top of the line wine all at alliance discount prices for our tenants for pampering during your stay.
House rulesOur offices are on the ground floor of the apartment building, in order to be close to our guests and attend their needs. We also have various alliances with different providers that allows us to extend great discount for their services to our guests, we have an info/brochure table with the best tips on discovering the treasures of Montevideo.
The longer your stay the less you pay. We had moved to Montevideo for a span of three years and we are now currently on our eighth year. We have very competitive prices for weekly and monthly stays.

Location couldn't be better: close to mercado del Puerto and the old city centre. Also very close to the ferry if you like to have a short hop to Buenos Aires.
Extra terrific is the BBQ on the roof top: buy some beef, get a bottle of local red wine and enjoy the sunset. Just splendid
Ficamos super satisfeitos! Apartamentos amplos, bem mobiliados, limpo e excelente localização. Ótimos restaurantes próximos. Supermercado próximo. A rua de acesso tem câmeras de vigilângia, o que possibilitou de deixarmos o carro na rua não precisando de garagem. Anfitriões muito solícitos e preocupados com nosso bem estar. Excelente. Is located in the old town near the port, all sights of Montevideo are easily reached on foot. Jesper & Olenka are very cooperative.
